Richard

Richard studied Economics at York University, and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 1989. He spent more than 15 years working for a central London firm of solicitors, dealing with a full range of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing and business tenancies.

In 1995 Richard moved out of London with his family to work for a Stroud firm of solicitors where, as well as continuing work in conveyancing and property matters, he also dealt with wills and probate.

Two years ago Richard branched out, setting up his own practice in rural Gloucestershire. His speciality remains firmly based in all areas of property, however he has a particular interest in commercial property matters. The practice has grown steadily over the past two years, and in particular the residential conveyancing department has expanded and now includes Louise Dicks.

As well as dealing with property matters, Richard continues to offer a full wills service, including probate and estate administration.

In his spare time Richard enjoys fine cuisine, playing golf rather badly and spending holidays in a rickety camper van.

Louise

Louise has a wealth of conveyancing experience in a range of property matters, having worked for a local firm of conveyancers for over 15 years, and is also registered with the Council for Licenced Conveyancers. She joined Richard Erridge and Co. in 2007 to join the rapidly expanding residential conveyancing department, where she deals with all types of residential property matters including sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and lease agreements.
