Richard Erridge & Co Solicitors was set up in 2005 by Richard Erridge to provide expert legal services to clients based not only in Bristol and the surrounding area, but also further afield throughout the country.

The firm specialises in a range of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing as well as wills preparation, probate services and estate administration. With a wealth of experience gained over more than 25 years, Richard Erridge has recognised that there is a need for expert legal advice and services to be provided in a personal way. At Richard Erridge & Co, clients are treated as individuals and kept informed of the details of their case, whether they are buying or selling property, re-mortgaging, preparing wills or dealing with the complexities of estate administration.

Richard runs the expanding business from his 16th century farmhouse in the rural village of Tytherington, to the north of Bristol. Here, clients are welcome to meet him at times to suit them, to discuss details of their matters. They can be confident that they are receiving high quality legal advice and that their case will be handled efficiently and sensitively. He has a small team of friendly, experienced staff to support the work that he carries out.
